Anderson first obtained a registered residential contractor’s license (he finally heeded his mother’s urging, we said “urging,” not “nagging”). Though Steve’s mother has recently passed away, We proudly mention that she was one of the first ten women to receive a residential contractor’s license in Florida and has given him the insight a man needs when dealing with women in the building process. Steve’s mother’s father was a carpenter and home builder offering you a generational insight.
